FM transmitters for itouch question

Abreast of the situations
I got a new I touch and i want to play it in my 06 pilot which does have an aux on the back of the stereo that the xm is hooked into. I don't really want to screw around with ripping the stereo out. Anyone have good advice for a good FM transmitter?

I use the Aux attachment and play it directly. Of course, he said his stereo doesn't have one. Sucks being him, he'll have to stone-age it and use the FM Transmitter, none of which work as advertised.

Yah the AUX is on the back of the head unit and being used by XM.. id have to rip out the sterio take the Xm off and get some converter. .pain in the balls.

You'll never get clear sound with the FM transmitter. The Y-cable is also 1/5 the price.

Is it really worth having crappy sound and wasting 30 dollars to not have to remove the stereo from your car? Whatever.

hd is way better than sd and it's not even close. you probably wouldn't know that cause you live in mississippi lol...

Honda has a part that they recommend and its almost $150 bucks and also recommend that they put it in so as to not screw up the satellite radio and navigation system.

Of course. Damo, understand what I'm saying before you try to respond to my comment. SD wasn't much of a viewing impediment. Mostly the improvement in your experience was the placebo effect - although arguing with you on this is going to be like arguing with a person who believes that Kangen water cured their cancer.

Similarly, the difference between a straight hookup and an FM transmitter probably isn't going to matter to anyone for straight listening purposes, even though the straight hookup has better quality. You wouldn't even care if the other option didn't exist. But the difference between an FM transmitter and a straight hookup is noticeable to anyone with ears.

I have a plasma screen HD TV. You exaggerate the difference in your mind - placebo effect. It doesn't improve the "actual" viewing experience much. I know what I'm talking about, you don't. Case closed.
