One man's "fair" tax system is another's wealth confiscation. The wealthy at some point worked hard to get that money and conserve it. Apparently, you find it acceptable to steal it from them.

I have never understood why MAGATs get so worked up about doings in NYS or NYC. Their hate-on for AOC, for instance, is inexplicable. They don't live there. She doesn't represent them. Mamdani is not their mayor. They've probably never even set foot in either the state or the city, so why all the venom directed their way by the Reichwingers? Why are they always so terrified of anything non-fascist?

4 so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you."

May I? Each citizen provides for him/herself and other citizens via taxation. The govt. uses tax money to fund roads, infrastructure, fire and police protection, schools, libraries, social services for the needy/elderly, national defense, and so on. It's quite simple and has been a feature of American life for a couple of centuries now. It's not the boogeyman your masters have taught you to believe. In fact, America would not exist in its present form w/o it.

I didn't devolve what, how much or to whom I contributed, just that I have.
And the reply? He is another "rich" leftist (so he says) and says he contributed
more to charities for over 20 years than me. I think he's full of shit...
