Yes, but this thread is about the economic theories of Paul Krugman and Niall Ferguson. Anyway they didn't always talk about money they could also wax lyrical about s'mores and shit.

It reminds me of what Germaine Greer said about Suzanne Moore, not much sisterly love there.

Why don't you tell us the important points in the articles and let us see what it is you have yourself all wound up about. You keep telling us to read the articles and yet you have not once given us even one meaningful detail concerning anything in the articles. If you can't at least tell us what you think Ferguson says that is correct and tell us why you believe it is correct then we really have nothing to debate with you about do we? Saying That Ferguson is correct and Krugman is wrong is really not a sound opening for a discussion with you is it? All we have to say which many of us have is that actually Ferguson is talking out his butt most of the time and Krugman isn't and that is given the amount of detail in any of your posts here, as good a rebuttal as we need. Because you aren't saying anything more than that anyway are you? When you describe exactly what gems of wisdom you think, that is actually write more than a single damn sentence at a time about this subject, then we might have something to rebut until them we don't and we are not willing to wade through three versions of something to get to your point. This would be like me listing a book on Amazon and saying this author is great and speaks the truth and so and so author is wrong. That says nothing and you are saying nothing here and then asking us to refute it. Don't give us a series of insipid, and pedantic right wing articles to read, tell us what you think and why and we'll discuss it with you. But what you are doing here is ridiculous and shows that you don't know Ferguson any more than you do Krugman and evidently you can't write which means think well enough to actually articulate what it is you find so enlightening in those articles.
