The discussion was about where things "came from."
The virus "came from" China...just as all of us "came from" our mother's vagina.

I met a guy a few years back from New Zealand who I ended up becoming good friends with. Educated dude, financially successful blah, blah, blah. Yet he would call other guys the c-word. Totally caught me off guard. Come out to find out in their culture I guess they call other men they don't care for the c-word. With that knowledge it wouldn't surprise me if it has a similar usage in the UK. Now I don't know if Havana calls women here the c-word but if he's using it to describe other men that would seem like a cultural thing to me.
If you're American and you're using the word there are no excuses.
