on one hand you are arguing because we are not lawyers, hillary did no wrong with her emails and classified information. Even though I have posted the exact laws she violated and linked to the evidence from the FBI clearly showing she had.

If Trump is guilty of crimes...I still would prefer that he not go to jail for crimes committed before becoming president.

Yes they have a clearance, however, not all have the ability to remove the material, or to store it on any server save for that of the government.
Just out of curiosity, do you even have a basic clue as to how many different levels of clearances there are, and how many different forms of "classified" there are?
