Because Bart O'Kavanaugh is on record as stating his view is that the president is above the law and that Roe v Wade was a bogus decision that should be overturned. The means are of no concern.

You really need to start practicing saying "Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh"; because he's going to be on the SCOTUS bench for a very looooooooooooooooooong time.
Irrelevant, the president can still be impeached and convicted. If there is evidence for criminal conviction there is evidence for impeachment. Otherwise, he could be charged and convicted but would still be president.
He's a federal employee, so it's definitely a federal offense.

The FBI has not investigated this accusation of Ford's. Are you thinking of a different investigation? How many investigations is Bretty under!? Should a nominee for SCOTUS even be considered if they're under investigations? Trump said Hillary shouldn't be President because she was investigated by the FBI; so I assume you think Brett shouldn't be a SCOTUS judge either because he's under investigation?
