This is bullshit, the media makes Trump, he knows it, when he needs attention, which is always, or a deflection, he just says something stupid knowing they are going to cover it, it’s a strategy, as he himself as noted, bad press is better than no press. It also offers Trump the opportunity to play the martyr again, everybody is picking on him, the base swallows sit whole
