After congress defunded Acorn an investigation was launched. Why not before they were defunded? Because they're black. Blacks are guilty till proven innocent.

1) The process of investigating those 15 incidents began prior to the Okeefe tape.

That does not change the FACT that over 15 cases of registration fraud have led to convictions of their employees. In no way should taxpayers be funding such an organization. For the final time... the only way defunding could happen was if the Dem Supermajority in the Senate, the Dem led House and the Dem President all agreed to it.

The attempt to say that the "other side" also voted to defund them or that some of the people that were more politically aligned decided not to vote that way doesn't change that the democrat-led congress voted to defund ACORN and it wasn't because of the O'Keefe tapes, especially considering the investigation began before the tapes ever existed.

The democrats controlled even whether there would be investigations. They held a supermajority in the entity that they were investigated by...
