Former FBI Director James Comey indicted on charges of lying to Congress, obstruction of justice

Insult fallacies. Buzzword fallacy. No argument presented.
What argument does someone offer when the person they're arguing with denies reality? If I say "Trump is the current president" and you just keep saying "no he isn't", what is there for me to say?

The initial court appearance for Comey has been moved up to Wednesday from Thursday.

Nobody tell Kash since it looks like he may have already planned to send a large contingent of RW FBI agents on Thursday.

Only experience watching the system work for the 30 plus years that my wife was a federal court reporter. I just asked my wife who generally prosecutes the cases. She said the assistants do but the state Federal prosecutor can do it if they want to. Since she is not an experienced litigator I suspect she will have a more experienced assistant do this high profile case. But I'm satisfied to wait and see what happens.
I think we all agree on how the system usually works, but the disagreement is on how the system is working this time. As a US District Attorney, it would be nearly unheard of for Halligan to prosecute a case personally, especially given her complete lack of criminal court experience. It would be even more bizarre for her to prosecute an indictment. She might sign an indictment, but that would be along with many other lawyers. The indictment would be detailed, and specific...

What has happened is different. Halligan alone prosecuted the indictment. There were no other prosecutors present with the grand jury. She was the only lawyer to sign the indictment. The indictment is vague at best.

We do not know who will prosecute the court case, but it looks like it might be Halligan again. She will definitely have to be present for the entire case, because she is the only prosecutor who was present at the grand jury. The indictment is vague and confusing, and will need constant specifying.
