I haven't seen any proof that they knowingly lied about their properties. But let's assume they are lying. Is it a crime? How so? If it is fraud, who were the victims?

Fraud needs a victim halfwit. Who was it? It certainly wasn't the bank.

This case, as well as the others, will be overturned. There is no legal merit for any of them. You, being a FAKE attorney, believe there was fraud because MSNBC told you so.

In order for there to be fraud, there has to be a victim and proof that the financials were knowingly false by the individuals making them. Neither condition exists in this case.

Because the case does not meet the hurdle for fraud. There are no victims here. There is no proof the statements were willfully false in order to defraud. it's really that simple.

Only a moron like Engeron, the nude selfie taking jurist, could be dumb enough to not have even allowed the case to go to trial.

The banks have been shown to have lost over 100,000,000 in interest they would have received had they charged the proper interest rates.

Show it here. While you're at it show where trump forced them to give him a loan. Also show where the interest rate to borrow money is based on the valuation of the property.
