Not a lawyer, but there are certain elements which must be established to prove defamation. One is proving the statement is false. DNA is one way, but since Brigitte Macron has 3 children, providing their birth certificates listing her as the mother is another.

My guess is that Candace has put her foot in her mouth and will end up settling.
