My health insurance premiums will be about the same under Obamacare (I've been buying a HIPAA policy on the individual market) as they've been.

But: my deductible drops from $5000 to $0. My out of pocket expense limit drops from a bit $21,000 to a bit over $6,000. All my copays - even for prescriptions -- count toward the OOP limit, which they didn't used to.

In short, it's much better coverage for the same cost. Thanks, Democrats! Thanks, President Obama!

not everyone has the same costs. for some it's going up. yeah the old and sick and those that actually have to go to the doctors all the time are making out like bandits. I am sure they are thrilled.

It's our generations fault for not voting. Politicians only care about those who vote and the old are sadly the biggest voting bloc.

that's going to be a windfall for Michigan insurance companies.....we used to limit them to a 7% profit.....Obama raised that to 20.....I wonder if that's what they meant when they said he was in the pocket of insurance companies......
