there's the 'my truth is all I need' again.
Are you saying Halbrook's not a gun nut?

if you equate writing books and articles about the 2nd Amendment and being a 2nd Amendment lawyer as a gun nut, then I guess you call him a gun nut. I don't know half as much as Halbrook concerning the 2nd Amendment and I'm sure you call me a gun nut. It doesn't make it so, but your truth is all you need, right?
isn't that what you're doing concerning Halbrook? You can cast me in whatever stereotypical fashion you need to in order to feel righteous.

My knowledge is anectdotal; I don't expect a dyed in the wool liberal to believe me.
I will make the effort nonetheless. My father was born in Norway in 1929. When the germans invaded Norway, they registered gun owners. Next they came to "inspect" said guns. During the inspection the guns were confiscated. Next the soldiers came and had their way with my father's sisters, took my grandfathers tools, took their food, etc, none of which would have come to pass had they still had their guns.
yeah, i think it is.

not what I believe. it's what you've plainly written and are purposefully avoiding it because of that. that's ok though. I know how some of you liberals operate like that. That's nice. And it's because of what you believe, not what is factual.
So you're saying a bunch of Norwegians could have thrown the Nazis out if only they'd had their shotguns and hunting rifles?

Were you to inform yourself about Halbrook, you wouldn't make such a stupid statement.
having garnered a major interest in the 2nd Amendment over the last 8 years, i'm familiar with some of his work. tell us, what about him do you find that makes you perceive him as a gun nut?
will bijou admit she lied?
I'd like to see more of that line of logic.
The people elected Hitler, they were behind him pretty heavily and weren't really upset about the disappearing jews. Give them guns and they'd probably have helped out.
Hitler was appointed, not elected.
Really? I always thought he was elected as well.
He lost the election, Hindenburg appointed him because they thought he could be controlled. Then Hindenburg died.
Thanks, I learned something today, I always thought he was elected because Germany had elections. After you posted I went and read up on it. He lost the election and was not at all popular, then, as you or rectify stated, he was appointed.
