As your article points out....they have no power, a sort of patronization on the part of the Israeli gov't to present a false image to for folks like you to grasp on an parrot.

My question is, What if the Palestinians in Gaza were more like Monaco? Just think...

They'd have more gazillionaires than they know what to do with
They'd have their on Gran Prix race. How cool is that?
They could have some meaningless royalty for the paparazzi and 'in' people to fawn over
They could buy Tel Aviv...

Seems to me they need a better business and political model than they've got...

If the gazans get genocided does that mean we can disband UNRWA? I mean at that point its like mission accomplished for them right? They would have fulfilled their mandate.

Depends on the IDF. If they are serious about this, Gaza is fucked. At the truly serious end I'd expect them to:

Go building by building clearing each with maximum violence. Any enemy (Hamas) fire is retaliated by dropping the building into rubble. Any fire from rubble gets some equivalent of napalm dumped on it. They find tunnel systems they either flood them with water and / or systematically demolition them.

Hamas lacks the means to stop that if that's what Israel chooses. Their only counter is to try and whine in social media about how awful and mean the Israelis are for their killing women, children, and babies...

elucidate, my child, elucidate. UNRWA means United Nations Relief and Works Agency .... set up for Palestinian refugees in what is called the "Near East".
