GENERAL FLYNN EXONERATED!!

Was he under duress when he lied to Pence about not talking to the Russian ambassador about sanctions? Or, did Pence trick him into lying by asking him a question?

Proprietorial misconduct is what this is about. Flynn was the National Security Advisor designate for the President Elect there was nothing wrong with him talking to the Russian Ambassador. As for his over sight failure to tell Pence, well no one is perfect now are they.

Maybe you would like a Coke with your plate of Crow.

He sworn, under oath to Judge Sullivan that he was not coerced, was he lying then or is he lying now?

It is called duress or undue influence.

Let's say I stick a 44 magnum in your mouth, cock it and tell you that I'm gonna pull the trigger if you don't sign this confession stating that you murdered Jimmy Hoffa. You sign the thing is that a legal contract?

The only problem, Buck, no one stuck a gun to Flynn’s head. Why did he lie to Pence? Did Pence put a gun to his head? Did they make that up?

The only reason Flynn admitted to lying to the FBI and the courts was because he had agreed to that by pleading down. He was guilty of a lot more, like not registering as a Foreign Agent. He was so dirty that Obama told Trump to stay away from him. Flynn's activities were known. The acting AG went to Trump and told him not to trust Flynn because he was so badly compromised. Flynn was making big money representing the interests of Turkey and their corrupt leadership. Flynn was as disgusting and self-serving as Trump. That is why Trump saw nothing wrong about his behavior.

He was talking to Russian about sanctions with is official American policy he has no right to discuss. The FBI considered charging him under the Logan Act.

It wasn't a "slight failure" to tell Pence, he lied to Pence. If he didn't know he was lying he shouldn't be in charge of our national security. President Trump obviously found the lie serious enough to fire him.

he was the incoming national security advisor, ya dumbfuck.

Incoming is not a government official. I didn't consider charging him under the Logan Act--that was the FBI. I'm only the messenger

That doesn't explained by he lied to the VP about it. Why do you think he lied?

That is not an answer. What did Flynn do that caused Trump to fire him and how did the "Deep State" prevent it?

he was a deep state victim, so trump had to amputate the infected limb just to continue his administration. but now, justice has been served. it is an answer, dumbfuck.

This was what is known as a Perjury Trap. Look it up.

To prove entrapment, Flynn would have to prove he would not normally even have the crime available to him. He was a high ranking intelligence adviser, of course he was going to be questioned by government agents about his contacts with foreigners. This crime would have been foreseeably committable. It is in no way entrapment.
