I know it has happened. The NC constitution says atheists can't hold office. You cannot buy alcohol in most counties on sunday in Alabama, and there are plenty of places in the south that do not allow major businesses to be open on sundays.
And there have been some minor sharia law issues that we mostly overturned, but nothing on a scale that compares to the blue laws and the like.
But have no fear, we will keep fighting until our laws are completely secular.
