More specifically, at a Sept rally Trump said The mob takes the 5th. If you are innocent, why are you taking the 5th,? So yoyo, what does that mean to you. To me Trump is saying crooks take the 5th. innocent people do not. So please, please, please, try and understand it. if you are innocent, why are you taking the 5th, means that guilty people take the 5th. So how does that dioffer from saying using the 5th shows you are not innocent. Not innocent means....guilty.

I have not said that innocent people cannot plead the fifth.

YOUR DONALD TRUMP has pretty much indicated that he thinks anyone who pleads the fifth...IS GUILTY OF SOMETHING.

In any case...if you tell the truth...you cannot be "trapped" into perjury.

Let's not kid ourselves here, Yaya...what Donald Trump's lawyers and advisors are concerned with is not that Trump will be trapped in any way. They are concerned that Trump just cannot tell the truth. They are worried that he will LIE...and the LIE will be shown to be a LIE...BECAUSE HE IS A LOUSY LIAR.

Well they wouldn't, because no answer could indicate guilt where guilt is absent.
