That you think stomping puppies to death is worth it doesn't surprise me. In the meantime, the techno optimism of the DNC will destroy the planet if the A in AGW is true. Consumption is an on-going moral and political choice, and the DNC thinks one can consume all they want, affluence can grow, and the whole global warming problem will be magically fixed by some non-existent technological advancements that won't exist until whenever beyond the tipping point at best. Just jumping on the web proclaiming oneself on the right side of science while doing little to nothing about global warming in their own lives is fiddling while the Titanic sinks.
