I think you are confused about the meaning of the word "will".
Libel laws don't allow suits against anyone at any time for any defamation. Nor does everyone that feels they are defamed sue.
If you defame someone in writing they might sue you if certain legal standards are met.
I have never lied about someone with impunity snowflake. Is that some kind of disease? Would it be like lying about someone with multiple sclerosis or lying about someone with german measles?
You really should learn about proper grammar. I assume you actually meant to say, "You can't run around lying about someone with impunity, snowflake." Without the comma you are not calling anyone a name, poopyhead.
