Gobblement can seize your DNA, according the the Conservatives on the S. Ct.

I sisagree with blood draws without a warrant. But in a DUI the case is better than a blanket DNA test for ever arrest. Testing blood for alch content is collecting evidence of the pArticular crime, blanket DNA tests are not.

then explain your position, doing it as a regular citizen and not using lawyer speak.

I'm saying the gvt should not be allowed to forcibly collect such (DNA) data from the insides of the bodies of people not convicted of any crimes (without a warrant).

Only if it's destroyed after testing. Not saying it is -I don't know what happens to it - but that's what "should" happen. Breathalyzer is less intrusive.

never ever take a breathalyzer test. your perfume can make it give a false positive as can breath sprays and other innocent items.

yes, destroying the dna if a person is found innocent is absolutely necessary.

as for taking samples from 'inside' the body, we already take blood and urine samples if a breathalyzer test is declined.

we already have photographic and fingerprint data, it is not a far reach to include dna, by the way, photographic and fingerprint data needs to be purged if a person is found innocent.

oth, dna may be used to identify a dead person...
