Having said this, I AM half Dutch, thanks to my dad having been FULLY Dutch. The Dutch AREN'T too bad. They DID invent Heineken Beer, AND pretty much ANYTHING is legal in Amsterdam. So there's THAT.

I USED to be a quite attractive guy, until weight gain took hold of me. A big part of it was the change in my body's metabolism, but also the fact that I don't get enjoyment from working out, like I used to do as a younger man. I was FIT when I was a strapping young lad. I weighed just 150-155 pounds when I graduated from high school, and was almost ALL solid muscle. However, after many years of NOT working out, my weight crept up to 270 pounds, which was a MAJOR factor in my developing diabetes about five months ago. I HAVE lost about 30 pounds since, due to having a better diet, and pretty much eliminating all alcohol. I LOVE beer, but I AM adjusting. I'm 59 years of age, I'd like to see at least another 20 years on our wonderful earth. I just hope we don't kill her before my time is done on here.
