Numerous other crimes involved. Violating restraining order and burglary. He would be charged with rape no matter what the law said.

Can you provide proof that it happens all the time? Does it happen to you? I mean you must speak from personal experience in your own home. You all seem very sensitive to this. I don't know anyone who has experienced this and I love my wife dearly and it would never cross my mind to do anything to harm her.

I am sorry that you live in such a violent home. Is there something I can do to help you get out of your situation?
