GOP keeps lead for House control, Democrats' momentum stalls amid economy worries

WE DIDN'T NEED OPEC'S OIL UNDER TRUMP.

WE WERE PUMPING 12.23 MILLION BPD BY THE END OF 2019 ,BEFORE THE CHINADEM PANDEMIC CONSPIRACY.

How many here are voting for the Pedo Party?

The Senate race is neck and neck. Only the fucking morons fail to understand that Midterm elections are local, not national.

My sense is that it comes down to Nevada. Herschel is going to lose. Dems have a shot in Ohio too, but I think almost every other race is pretty much decided. Don't think it makes much difference. Dems will control the Senate, by 1, 2 or 3 votes. Which means nothing without the House. We are in for two years of GOP Kabuki theater and total gridlock.

It's such a narrow race it could come down to one election as to who controls the Senate...if having such a close margin can be considered control. Look at the problem the Democrats having the past two years for examples.

Yep, control is not really control. Not as long as the filibuster exists.

By historical standards, the Republicans should easily take the house and senate by wide margins.

Actually kind of humorous, MAGA militia are getting all giddy over what should be a gimme, what they should be focus on is the embarrassment if it isn't, especially as it applies to the Senate

The Constitution adopted by the founding fathers guaranteed that the United States would always have the most inefficient government on the face of our planet.

They created the phrase "checks and balances" as a synonym for "crippling cluster-fuck."

Great preamble.
Good effort on the amendments when amendments were still possible prior to 180º polarization.
Horrific main body of document, however--and Americans are brainwashed into revering it.

As we all should know, the term "American" refers only to a nationality as there is no American ethnicity, even after all of these years.
Our various tribes loathe each other far too much to create one.
And it's a good fucking thing, because I feel much too intelligent to be an American when I read the bullshit that others labeled as Americans post here.

Only a dumbass wants an efficient government like Germany and Italy in the 1930s.

The problem with the US government isn't checks and balances; it's fucking morons who are intolerant and unwilling to compromise.

According to the respected Harvard CAPS-Harris poll, despite two years of a 24/7 media hate campaign, Donald Trump is America’s most popular and favored politician.
According to Harvard-Harris, 47 percent of those polled view Trump favorably, while 47 percent view him unfavorably. That is a net favor-ability of zero.

No one scored better.
Compare that to His Fraudulence, Joe Biden, whose net favor-ability is -8. Only 43 percent view him favorably, but a majority of 51 percent view him unfavorably.
