GOP struggles with young voters due to culture, demographics

The demographic change will move the nation to the center and a bit to the populist left.

Montgomery has the gist of it is the standard. The opposite, the wrong, are voiced by PmP and Boris and Dark Soul,

Montgomery is a fucking Canuck. So his opinion is irrelevant. And I still do NOT want MY America to wind up just like Communistfornia.

You have two things going on. There's a culture gap between where young people are on a lot of issues, whether it's abortion, reproductive rights issues, whether it's LGBT issues," Cox, research director at the Public Religion Research Institute, told Hill.TV's Joe Concha on "What America's Thinking."

"Then you also have this demographic shift. So every year, young people are getting more or less white. So they're increasingly African-American, Latino, [Asian Pacific Islander], and Republicans don't do well among those groups," he continued.

The GOP has always struggled with young voters. It is along the adage; "If You Are Not a Liberal at 25, You Have No Heart. If You Are Not a Conservative at 35 You Have No Brain."

The GOP needs to strengthen their message; not milk toast it. That's why Trump won. ;)

I would suggest that the Republican party are going to make the needed adjustment after Trump is taken out of the equation. But really, both parties have to be rejected as failures for the people.

I don't think the young people are of the mindset to be able to understand how the American way has no promise for their futures. The best they can understand is a partial remedy in making education affordable. That's about 1/1000 of the solution that's needed.

Surprisingly, the older politicians such as Bernie and Trump caught on first. (Trump lied of course) They both saw the distinct possibility of revolution in the cards and reacted to it.

Nothing more laughable than low IQ leftists giving the GOP advice. Truly funny shit there snowflake.

Republicans really only do well with people that work for a living and have families to support.

That's not exclusive to anyone. The real ticket is whether you have enough empathy to help others, having difficulty doing the same. It seems you have a lot of people turning away from their fellow people, because the government is telling you to do something.

The Republicans are busy fanning smoke, while libs are busy making fires. It's like the Republicans want to lose.

Sure it is. And you explain why perfectly in your last sentence.

So you approve of America turning into a country where it's citizens don't have morals?
