Eliminate the FOIA panel
Virginia has long been having an issue with police departments across the state denying FOIA requests for just about anything concerning incidents that might embarrass them, but lately it seems that more people and press agencies have been doing a full court press to make police departments more 'transparent'. Well, Republican Gov. Bob McDonnell’s Commission on Government Reform and Restructuring is going to handle that for him by eliminating the panel.
