Those facts do not change that it is still almost always very close. Should the USA split, South Florida and likely Tampa would leave the poverty stricken backward areas that hold us back and join the successful states that form a new union.

Depends on what you mean by that? I would not be considered Christian by many Christians or most conservative churches. I think I live a much more Christ like life than most who attend Conservative Churches. I do not belong to a church. My family celebrates Easter, and Christmas, and sometimes Passover. I believe we are all loved by God regardless of our imperfections.

Culturally I am a Christian.

1) I never proclaimed myself Christian or "very progressive".

Id be happy to help the poverty stricken left behind, but they are holding us back. We could better serve the uneducated and poverty stricken as a seperate nation.

Imagine evangelical America if it was not funded by the wealthy states like California, New York, Illinois, and Massachusetts. They would have no money for a military but nobody would want to take them over so I guess thats lucky. All they ever had was legalized slavery and that was taken from them 150 years ago.
