So screw the under employed, under housed, under insured Americans. More political capital can be accumulated giving automatic medicaid and now jobs to those who claim to be persecuted elsewhere? I'll bet some Americans feel pretty damned persecuted now!

But all of a sudden Hochul says the border is "too open" with "majority winding up on streets of NYC
