Trump saying an election is stolen means that Trump must be imprisoned for life for serious speech crimes. But Stacey Abrams, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, et al. saying an election is stolen is speaking truth to power - Sieg Heil.

Alternate electors in a contested election are pure and fine examples of democracy in action when JFK, Algore, or any Reich democrat has them. It's clearly fraud when enemies of the Reich such as Trump does it - one nation, two sets of law - depending on standing with the Reich.

He's not being prosecuted for saying "fight like hell". Jack Smith explicitly stated Trump had a right to lie, give speeches, etc. Afaik none of Trump's charges are directly related to his speech on Jan 6. Gore did not send alternate electors because the court decision went to Bush before that point, and JFK and Nixon both sent electors from Hawaii only because the race was so close at the point of the deadline.
 
In 1960 in Hawaii the vote difference was only 115 votes. In Florida in 2000 it was only 537. Gore conceded before the electors were sent because the court decision gave him no real path to victory.

Trump's margins were much greater in each state where fake electors were sent, meaning he had no real path to victory but tried to send fake electors anyway.

But Soros puppet Willis is likely to get a conviction based on the coercion of codefendants through mob tactics that is so common now. The United States was never a democracy.
