No, I'm being realistic. The side that wins a war rarely, if ever, tries its own soldiers and officers for "war crimes." The winner, instead, tries the loser's soldiers and officers for them.

That isn't "gaslighting." It's true. You can count the number of American soldiers tried for war crimes from WW 2 on, on the fingers of one hand and have some left over. Sure, the US military has tried numerous ones for things like rape, murder, robbery / looting, and other normal criminal acts from WW 2 on, but "war crimes?" Nope.
You keep calling what we did a "war". You're either just trying to irritate me or you're an idiot. We have zero authority or reason to invade another country.
