trump and his followers are in bad health, so I guess it would kill a bunch of them to be out in the cold. It still is sad that they could not have their big celebration.
So are the pictures of the very good size crowds fake? The celebrations seem to be in full swing... However disappointing that might be to you;)

Well as we see they are all having a big celebration on here and the shit hasn't hit the fan yet.
Lets see what it is like in a few days / weeks.
If Trump does anything near what he says he is going to do they will start crying .
I hope he doesn't but who knows he is talking over 100 EOs in just a couple of hours.

D

Agreed. This first year of Trump's Presidency will be very interesting.

I'm truly curious to see the economic impact of Trump's hundreds of Executive Orders he'll be signing today.
As you say his tariffs IF he puts them in place will effect every consumer in the USA.
I was at Walmart yesterday and the employees were already talking about the price hikes .
And Walmart imports a lot of stuff from overseas.
Well we will have to wait and see what Trump does.

I believe Trump is crazy enough to do prove that he'll do exactly as he says based upon his speech yesterday.

At first I thought his claims were simply MAGA bullshit, but after last night's speech, I think he'll sign all of those EO's as promised; tariffs, mass deportations and the release of violent 1/6 AKA J6 terrorists.

Many police unions supported Trump's reelection. I'm curious to see what they think about the release of the terrorists.

Just had a professor of economics from a large local collage on the local news telling people just how Tariffs are not paid by the exporting country but the consumer and the news people seemed to be surprised that it will be the American consumer paying them NOT the exporting countries, and Trumps 25/30/40% tariffs will hurt the economy , and said some of the top economists have been saying it could cause a recession / depression.
He also explained how they can bring back jobs from overseas but to do that we need the infrastructure in place and right now we don't have a lot of it in place and it would take years to build it.
He said a lot of people went and bought stuff ahead of time saving money.
No Tariffs as high as Trump is talking can do a lot of damage.
Well we will have to see what he does.

Not only police but the Teamsters too.
We import a lot of oil 8 to 10 MBPD and that oil will have tariffs put on it and the price of fuel / gas will go up and it will hit them in the pocketbook too.
I don't have the link any more but the CEOs of some of the oil companies came out awhile back and said it could go up a dollar a gallon.
Well the MAGAS got what they wanted now we have to sit back and watch what happens, I just hope it doesn't hurt a lot of people financially but with Tariffs going on just about everything we buy I think it might.
