Guilty as Sin

books are books. the fact this can be written by whom is described as a "gossip columnist" shows just how shady that hold deal unfolded.
It's the dealing that looks fictional, it was so fishy.

ILLARY’S THREE-HEADED CRIME

CRIME 1: The Server Head. Hillary made a calculated decision to establish an off-the-books communication system (rogue email server) that she controlled. The system was designed to evade laws regulating the retention of government documents and thus evade scrutiny and accountability. The document retention laws exist for several reasons. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that mainstream media types claim to love relies on these laws being enforced. Information tech specialist Bryan Pagliano and Hillary aide Cheryl Mills are Server Head’s human faces. The FBI gave both of them immunity in exchange for their cooperation in the FBI Director Jim Comey’s completely suspect investigation of Hillary’s Three-Headed Crime.

CRIME 1 immediately segued into CRIME 2: The Loose Lips Head. Hillary used her off-the-books and non-secure server system to transmit and analyze classified national security information—some of it highly classified.

Even compromised Jim Comey called her treatment of classified information “grossly negligent.” The law says gross negligence is criminal. That means Hillary committed a criminal act. Laws governing the handling of classified information exist for good reason—lives are at stake. The great World War 2 counter-intelligence poster reminded Americans that Loose Lips Sink Ships.

Hillary played fast and loose—with both her system and the law—so there’s no surprise the drip drip drip of accumulating evidence indicates her system was hacked. Hence poster for Loose Lips Head: Hillary whispering to Vladimir Putin.

CRIME 3: The Nixon Head. Let’s paste Richard Nixon’s face on The Nixon Head. Nixon Head is the criminal obstruction of justice perpetrated by Hillary and her key aides. It begins with The Big Hide. Hillary and her aides tried to hide evidence the rogue server existed and evidence they routinely mishandled of classified information. If they thought the server was merely shady, they knew very well their mishandling of classified information was criminal. They ignored requests by State Department information technology personnel to use a secure system. The House Select Committee on Benghazi found evidence Hillary and her aides insistently ignored advice (from many sources, including career government personnel) that they comply with the communication and document retention rules.

Yes, the Benghazi investigation. When Congress asked for documents relating to Benghazi, Crime 3’s Big Hide morphed into The Big Destruction.

This post by Jonathan Turley includes a timeline suggesting the firm destroyed subpoenaed evidence at the request of Cheryl Mills and/or Bryan Pagliano. Remember them, the human faces of Crime 1, The Server Head? Turley initially defended Comey’s July recommendation that Hillary not be prosecuted. I didn’t. Comey clearly sold out the rule of law. Now that he’s learned the FBI dished out fast and loose immunity deals, Turley has changed his mind. He is astonished that the Justice Department “would give immunity to the parties on both ends of those communications—guaranteeing that a criminal prosecution is no longer a real threat.” However, his initial defense helped buy Hillary time and helped Comey deflect criticism. Delay. Obstruct. Then more damning evidence appears—but time has moved on. The election is now less than six weeks away.

For evidence of the obstruction of justice and delay operation, plow through the Benghazi committee’s proposed report’s Part IV: COMPLIANCE WITH CONGRESSIONAL INVESTIGATIONS like I did and the mainstream media didn’t.

When the proposed report was released in late June, big media instantly dismissed it as “old news.” That was war on honesty. Three months have passed and Hillary’s obstruction of justice crime is current news. The bizarre immunity deals given to Hillary’s aides are current news. The disgrace of “taking the Fifth” is current news.

The Benghazi committee did a remarkable job of investigation and research in difficult circumstances. As you plow through Part IV—as you read the footnotes—you may get an inkling or two that committee Democrats sought to undermine and discredit the investigation. Why, at times, it appears committee Democrats were aiding Hillary’s obstruction of justice operation.

Why on earth would they do that?

“What did he know and when did he know it” became a Beltway chant during Nixon’s Watergate scandal.

The FBI’s jaw-dropping revelation that Barack Obama used a pseudonym when he communicated with Hillary on her outlaw system indicates the President knew the system existed and was shady.

While interviewing Hillary aide Human Abedin “investigators showed the aide an email exchange dated June 28, 2012 with the subject ‘Re: Congratulations!’ Abedin did not recognize the name of the sender. Once informed that the sender’s name is believed to be a pseudonym used by the president, Abedin exclaimed ‘How is this not classified?’” reads the FBI’s summary of the interview.

As the report notes, President Obama claimed he learned of Hillary’s rogue operation in 2013—from press reports.

Did President Obama himself willingly participate in The Big Hide? Did Compromised Comey sell out the law to protect both Hillary and Obama? In the Watergate scandal, the FBI’s second-in-command provided Washington Post reporters with evidence of Nixon’s malfeasance.

How far the G-Men have fallen. Hillary’s Three-Headed Crime has compromised the FBI.

If the messenger is a proven sleezeball liar, go ahead and believe everything he says.

Gullible fools.

You haven't posted any evidence that the messenger is a proven sleezeball. Why should anybody just take your word for it?:dunno:

One thing about the POST,is that it's had very good coverage of the Clinton Email scandal. As good as WSJ.

and if you look at this/...what are the chances Bill Clinton meets Lynch boarding her plane just before Comey croaks out the investigation results
- but forcing HIM to make the decision?? I mean that's a bit much too just dismiss for coincidence?

You haven't follow this at all -the other day you asked about "proof"her deleted Emails were work related -which the FBI did find.

So we have this Crooked Hillary, warmonger, piece of crap Sec of State who sets up her own server?
why? _(it surely wasn't for "convenience")

( it wasn't just laying around -she got Pagliano to put the server together).
Then we have all these events just as the investigation is winding up (allowing Lynch to squash it without being blamed for it).
Then add in all the immunity deals and still no case to prosecute?

at some point even the most jaded eyes have to look at all these confluences and say .."WTF?""
Wait...the FBI found the 'missing' emails?

In his new book, “Guilty As Sin” (Regnery), out Tuesday, Edward Klein claims officials in the Obama administration decided before the first witness was interviewed that Hillary Clinton would not face prosecution over the handling of classified email. An excerpt:

Bill Clinton’s private jet was cleared for takeoff and was taxiing toward the active runway at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport when a Secret Service agent informed him that Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s plane was coming in for a landing.

“Don’t take off!” Bill barked.

As his plane skidded to a halt and then headed back to its parking space, Bill grabbed a phone and called an old friend — one of his most trusted legal advisers.

It was June 27, 2016 — one year into the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton’s emails.

“He knew it would be a huge embarrassment to Loretta when people found out that she had talked to the husband of a woman — the presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party — who was under criminal investigation by the FBI,” the adviser continued. “But he didn’t give a damn. He wanted to intimidate Loretta and discredit [FBI Director James] Comey’s investigation of Hillary’s emails, which was giving Hillary’s campaign agita.”

Bill hung up the phone and turned to a Secret Service agent.

“As soon as her plane lands,” he said, “get the attorney general on the phone and say the president would like to have a word with her.”

Once inside Lynch’s plane, Bill turned on the Clinton charm. He gave Lynch’s shoulder an affectionate squeeze and shook hands with her husband, Stephen Hargove.

One week later, Barack Obama invited Hillary to fly with him to North Carolina for a campaign rally. He wouldn’t have let her use two of the greatest symbols of presidential power — Air Force One and the podium with the Seal of the President of the United States — if he thought there was even the slightest chance she was going to be indicted. But Attorney General Lynch had privately assured him that she wouldn’t let that happen, and that the fix was in.

Many members of the mainstream media thought that FBI Director Comey was hell-bent on indicting Hillary. They called him the Eliot Ness of his time — squeaky clean and untouchable.

But that was a complete misreading of Comey.

He was affable, had a good sense of humor, and might come across as a straight arrow, but he didn’t get to be director of the FBI by falling off the turnip truck. It took huge ambition and an instinct for political survival.

Comey knew that if he recommended an indictment of Hillary — something that was fiercely opposed by the president, the attorney general, the Democrats in Congress, and the mainstream media — he’d ignite a firestorm and go down in history as the man who traumatized the country’s political system. What’s more, if after all of that, Hillary was found not guilty by a jury, it would blacken Comey’s reputation for all time to come.

The day after Obama and Hillary flew to North Carolina, Comey held a televised press conference in the FBI auditorium. Dressed in a blue shirt and gold tie, which matched the colors of the FBI flag standing behind his lectern, Comey methodically laid out a bill of indictment against Hillary Clinton.

He said that Hillary and her top aides at the State Department — Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, and Jake Sullivan — had been “extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.”

On and on he went, for a full 10 minutes, making an iron-clad case that Hillary was guilty of gross negligence in her handling of classified material, and that she had violated a federal statute that did not require evidence of intent to prove her guilty.

Attorney General Lynch sat in her office, along with her top aides, watching Comey deliver his blistering rebuke of Hillary Clinton.

Lynch had promised President Obama and Valerie Jarrett that Hillary would not be indicted. But here was the director of the FBI on national TV laying out what appeared to be an unassailable case for prosecuting her.

How could this have happened? What had gone wrong? Would she be forced to resign?

All these thoughts went through Lynch’s mind, as she later recalled to a friend, as she listened to Comey drone on.

She was livid.

Finally, she couldn’t stand to watch him anymore. She covered her eyes with her hands and let out a string of curses aimed at Jim Comey. And then, three-quarters of the way through his news conference, Comey dropped a bombshell.

Hillary, he said, shouldn’t be prosecuted for her handling of classified information — even though it wasn’t his job to make prosecutorial decisions. That was up to the prosecutors in the Justice Department. There was no evidence, he said, that Hillary had intentionally transmitted or willfully mishandled secret documents in order to harm the United States.

“Our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.”

Hillary was clearly guilty as sin, and the right thing would have been for Comey not only to say so — which he did — but to make her pay for her sins.

But he didn’t.

You realize that when all is said and done this COLOSSAL SCANDAL amounted to three, count em, three, eails.

???.....even if it were true, it isn't, isn't it the fact she lied to Congress and the people of this country what matters, not what she lied about?......
