I met a guy that would live trap wild hogs a cut their balls off the feed them on corn about six weeks and sell them to meat processors the sell to Restaurants as "Russian Boar" most wild pigs in Texas do have some Russian boar in them but it is pretty small. If you see Russian Boar on a menu it is most likely a wild feral pig.

Wild Russian boars were imported in the 1930s, 40s and 50s for sport hunting in Texas. Some escaped and started breeding with the feral pigs.

WRONG. Only about 1/6th of Sweden is north of the Arctic circle.
