Gunz, and more gunz

I love my Marlin 45-70. Actually, I take it hunting more than I do my Rem. 700. The Remington has a far greater range, but the Marlin handles better. It comes up like a fine upland shotgun.
I've never been hunting with mine, just to the range....which haven't been to over a year, but am itching to go. I have a replica Walker Colt .44 which I've never fired. Currently, it's a wall ornament along with some WWII bolt actions.

My deer rifle is a Rem, 700 BDL .30-06 with a Leupold 3X9 optic. I trued the bolt and it's a very accurate rifle at the 300 yd. range I shoot at.

My Rem 700 was in 7mm Magnum. I'm not a big fan of that chambering, but it was too good a deal to pass up. I got the rifle w/ a Leupold 3x9 scope, sling and soft case for $225.
