Yes. There is chaos, mixed with order. Nothing stays stable forever. Not even matter is stable. There may be WAYS things work, physcal rules which hold more or less true at a certain vibrational state, but that's not a REASON, per se. there are explanations, but there are no reasons.
 
There are resons for everything. How can an rxplanation exist without reasons behind the explanation ? and god did it does not count :D

Nope. Even the larger cyles are random. or if you're speaking of cycles in the societies of men, those are controlled by elite humans and their alien controllers, who invent religions and concepts of "GREATER MEANING NOT YET UNDERSTOOD" To influence human beahavior en masse. You seem hooked on that crack too.
