Yeah, as soon as you read a "too good to be true" story like that, the red alert horn starts sounding. I found the same link that Corazon did, above, debunking it.

If you read a story like that, take part of its headline, and plug it into Google, you'll often seen many sites quoting the exact same story word-for-word. Usually none of them are credible media sources.... usually blogs or fake-news-purveyors. I do this with both L and RW stories that have that flavor about them of appealing to the base with just a thin varnish of truth covering a crapton of bullshit.
