I know witness tampering by the state happens every day. This practice needs to end. People will say anything to stay out of prison.

When did any state have a law against calling a person under indictment as a witness? States have always had laws against lying under oath and suborning perjury. Your claim that offering a witness a deal to testify truthfully is suborning perjury shows how delusional you are.

By this derps logic every single adversarial case, whether civil or criminal, when the lawyers for each side talk back and forth over what they give and take in the case it, that is some form of 'tampering'.

Plea-bargaining is not at all the same as witness tampering, you ignorant tranny. If the state charges you with murder but let's you plead to manslaughter to avoid an expensive trial, that is ok.

No, it is about hate for Trump and stopping Trump from being president. You do know much of the civil suit will be dropped because of the statue of limitations
