Not $billions. The particular disinformation in question is not in scale with reality. They could possibly get to a few $million.
The purpose of this disinformation is the same standard play on making the target audience of poor people discontent out of "class envy" such that they HATE the target of the smear (in this case "Hamas leaders"). If you already HATE Hamas leaders then you probably don't need to be lied to for you to do so.

Your claim was that only those countries which call HAMAS a terrorist organization are against Hamas. That excludes the fact that countries can be against Hamas but not have them on an official list.

I'm not excusing anything. Iran attacked Israel on 7 October 2023, and Israel is fully aware of this. However, Israel opted to not invade Iran, instead leveraging the "grand opportunity" to invade Gaza to just slaughter Arabs, knowing that Team Israel would cheer on anything and everything that they do, no matter how many innocent civilian noncombatants are targetted and how many children die. Israel knows that none of Team Israel knows anything about the Geneva Conventions or why the IDF's campaign is a genocide in action ... and that none of Team Israel will read through those documents to find out.
The IDF are the new Nazis.

Every single time Israel fails to utterly obliterate her enemies, and with the exception of the 1948 war, Israel could have easily obliterated her enemies every single time a ceasefire took effect, her enemies have used the opportunity to regroup and attack again later. The only reason Israel agrees to these ceasefire rather than, say, hanging Nasser from a telephone pole in ’67 or taking out the Assads in ‘73, are the assurances of countries like the United States and Britain that Israeli forbearance will not result in an October 7. They just did result in an October 7, which is why Israel is refusing a ceasefire and is now settling in for a long campaign of surgical strikes on thoroughly trapped Hamas targets.

I notice your examples all predate the Iranian Revolution and, as such, do not apply. Since the Iranian Revolution, Iran has been responsible for all attacks on Israel (with the lone exception of Saddam Hussein's inconsequential SCUDs) but Israel never cared enough to focus on Iran. Instead, Israel simply used every excuse to kill Arabs. Israel spends its time sweeping Gaza and the West Bank, bullying Arabs and razing homes of arbitrarily selected Arabs just for some free entertainment for IDF troops who have nothing better to do at the moment. I'm sure you are aware that IDF commanders need no court order to just destroy any Arab's home, and no Arab's have any right to first gather up valuable personal effects before the commencement of the demolition because that would put a bit of a damper on the cackling hilarity of the IDF soldiers who gathered for the free show.
If anyone has ever wondered why Israel is surrounded by people who absolutely HATE them, the answer is that Israel has worked tirelessly to earn that well-deserved HATRED. That region would absolutely not be the way it is if Israel weren't chock full of rabidly RACIST shits, of the type that would commit an Arab genocide just as quicikly as they would eat a good, hot meal.
Team Israel and American Christians are obligated by their religion to apply special pleading to Israel, citing the "Israelites" as "God's chosen people" which requires Christians to cheer everything they do, even the most egregious of war crimes ... but I nonetheless submit that they should not.
