I will say it slowly for you toppy...

I did not say he couldn't deduct the expense of the insurance. But when you stated their average income was $250 and that it was too high... I was pointing out that average income numbers are most likely before any deductibles that the doctors may have.

Because my uncles income is $500k... but he only truly sees about $300k due to the insurance premiums. There is a difference between average income and average net income.

Plenty of Indian DR's will come over here and work for less.
Many already have.

Medicare doesn't stiff anyone .. it regulates a fair price for services.

Doctors and clinics that made off like bandits charging gross prices for nominal service will have to figure out other ways to stay in business ..or make it up in volume.

That can only be good for the American people.
