Have you ever held someone down and cut off their hair?

I have heard LBJ was a real asshole, too.

Wasn't he the dude that picked the dog up by the ears for pictures?

I don't care so much that he did what he did in HS, I care about his swarmy response, his pretend apology and that he claims not to remember something that serious. I care that hacks pretend that saying he does not remember is reasonable.

Well, I don't say that. I say that I don't give a rip about it any more than I give about a President who claims to have used "blow" every time he could "afford it" back in HS and College.

Apples & oranges. You are talking about 2 completely different behaviors; one that is self-destructive, and another that is malicious toward others.

And I agree about his response. It is not credible AT ALL that he doesn't remember an incident like that, unless his incidents of malicious bullying were so frequent that it just got lost in the shuffle....

And I repeat. I don't care about it at all, nor about the Obama pushing the little girl while he was in Prep school (an extremely expensive one too...)

Seriously, what people do while children, even stupid hazing, has about as much presence as air on my radar.

While I don't remember ever cutting any dude's hair. There was one dude in boot camp who got all weird when we went to get our heads shaved and myself and another recruit had to hold him into the chair while they cut his hair.

So you back somone for President, who is self-destructive. :palm:

Well, you just ruined your chance to run for President of the US; unless you run on the "D" ticket

i bet mitt stole cookies from the cookie jar as well. thus proving, he cannot be trusted, ever.

omigorsh, I never thought of that.....that's even worse than not cleaning his plate!........

There's a lot you never thought of, PiMP.

Wait, suddenly right-wing bloggers don’t want candidates vetted?

In the wake of the Washington Post’s unflattering article yesterday about how five of Mitt Romney’s high school classmates recalled the Republican candidate leading an assault against a presumed gay schoolmate, pinning him down, and cutting his long hair while tears welled up in the boy’s eyes, conservative bloggers were indignant the Post would bother with such trivial pursuits.

”Is a decades old high school story really ‘news’?” (blogger Jennifer Rubin.)

”Cutting-edge reporting from WaPo: Let’s take an in-depth look at … Romney’s cruel high-school pranks.” (Ed Morrissey)

”It’s a waste of time and energy and effort.” (FOX News’ Karl Rove.)

”BREAKING NEWS: Mitt Romney Went to High School. Seriously.” (Erick Erickson)

Suddenly the far-right press thinks it’s pointless to delve deep into a candidate’s past in search of clues about his personality and clues to what shaped him into an adult.

Suddenly they mock efforts by the press to paint a detailed personal portrait of would-be presidents by combing over their biographies.

In short, suddenly right-wing bloggers are strongly opposed to vetting...

What I do say is that I dont care about it at all. What I care about is that they admit who they are/were and if they did something wrong they acknoledge it if they hurt someone they apologise, otherwise I consider it a black mark.

I agree with that, but what they do when running for president matters.

HOw can you remember that?

The same people whose pussies were all sore over where President Obama was born now dont want Romney's failure to own up to something bad he did in High School to be considered!

He was a Democrat, of course he was a real asshole

I dontn care what party he was from, I also hear he was a real asshole, in fact, I have heard some tapes of him being a real asshole. Plus, I mostly blame him for Vietnam. Maybe the voters should have considered how he treated animals when voting!
