It doesn't seem like it - that's the strange part. People in AZ have always struck me as being fairly moderate. They've elected their share of moderate Democrats to the governorship, and went for Clinton in '96.

how many times do we hear the tired mantra of 'if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear', or some other such drivel. If the birth certificate is real, show the damn thing. Personally, i'm tired of hearing about this shit in the media. All it does is detract from serious issues that are creating extremely troubling constitutional crises. But whatever, if you feel it's better to deny, obfuscate, and in general obstruct so you can feel better about shit, that just makes you part of the problem. big shock.

Does Arizona Law required the Sec. of State to verify the identity of candidates? If so, then he's doing his job and Hawaii is doing theirs. I'm pretty sure they passed some new more stringent measures about candidate access to the ballot.

Interesting that Hawaii doesn't believe that a list of candidates for an office is a list that should be maintained by the Sec. of State of Arizona.

HAwaii has been tortured for years over this, and they have to spend a lot of money complying with this nonsense. He's just getting some back.

But you're right...it is interesting. It probably means that Obama is KENYAN! A KENYAN MUSLIM!

Nah. I think it is because they need Obama to release the documents to the Sec. of State. I think the dude is taking the wrong approach. Let's say I was applying for a job. In order to gain the documents I need to take the job and prove that I am qualified they don't call up the State and ask for my Birth Certificate.

I'd bet they have requirements as to whom can and cannot access the documents. I do see that they say, "As soon as our client"...

Basically they are saying. "If those are the requirements, then the person who needs to meet them has to get and provide the documents for you because you do not have surrogate standing."

I will note, however, that you seem to be the only person in this thread calling him a Kenyan Muslim. Nice attempt to get in front of the bullet only you have fired..
