Hegseth forced out of vets groups due to drinking, misconduct

Pete Hegseth, President-elect Trump’s pick to lead the Pentagon, was forced to step down by both of the two nonprofit advocacy groups that he ran due to mismanagement of funds, sexual impropriety and reports of intoxicated behavior, The New Yorker reported on Sunday.

The incidents — relayed in a trail of documents and corroborated to The New Yorker by the accounts of former colleagues — took place prior to Hegseth becoming a full-time Fox News TV host in 2017.

Hegseth’s reported booting from both Veterans for Freedom and Concerned Veterans for America raises further questions about his suitability to take the helm as Defense secretary, a position in which he would oversee the country’s largest federal agency that employs more than 2.8 million people.

A drunk running the DoD, that’s the future Trump administration! I’m surprised he’s considered, considering how Trump feels about drinking. He did let Rudy hang around, but this guy sounds worse than Rudy.

She's an airhead, Walter...a blank slate who wasted 2.4 billion dollars on a blowout loss. The donors are not pleased, Walter.

The left is dense but not that dense, Walter.

The only reasons that she is VP are that she is black and a woman, Walter.

The vegetable said he would only consider a black woman...to Hell with black men and white men and women.

That's one of the many reasons why your side lost, Walter.

Best qualified...DEI is dead, Walter.

Wake up and smell the roses, Walter.
Are you as autistic as Into the Night is? It's not normal to end every sentence with your audience's name.

Trump's nominations are the Insane Clown Posse. He has nominated people for leading agencies who have no experience and no training for the jobs. They are unqualified. People complained about the millionaire he put in positions last time. He did better this time. He nominated his 9th billionaire yesterday. Trump is showing who he is. The creation of the plutocracy is near.
Trump is not trying to be a president. He is trying to change the nation permanently. The reds voted for this.

No...roughly a similar number voted against President Trump as for him... Not so many actually voted for her...that wouldn't make any sense, after all...
It was a close election, with trump unable to even get a majority of the vote. In the last 36 years, only one Republican has been able to get a majority of the popular vote, and that one was not trump.

Harris got a higher percent of the vote than trump did in 2016. Weird but true.

President Lincoln got 39.7% of the popular vote.

There is no one on record accusing Hegseth of being a drunk.

But Most of those votes were not for her. They were against President Trump. .
