BTW, Grind, there have been Godzilla films since the 98 one, they were just Toho studio productions mainly limited to Japan, rather than huge American ones.
 
I like to watch Godzilla and cheer at the point in the film in which I consider Nanjing to have been sufficiently avenged in terms of Japanese blood.
