That seems pretty reasonable to me considering that ICE is making tens of thousands of arrests. It's also interesting that, apparently, about 20 of the about 50 citizens arrested were children of illegal alien parents. So, about half the arrests of citizens were actually just children who were put in custody (not arrested) because their parents were illegal, criminal, aliens while they themselves (the children) were US citizens.
That all seems very reasonable and well managed.

Not the only reason. They don't want tens of thousands of illegals removed because that will slam them on the census when it comes time to allocate congressional seats and hand out federal funds.
