Hey Cypress You Goin?

Then you get to nail asian chicks, grats. :P

I haven't nailed anything since November 24th of '05. Maybe that'll change in HI. But at any rate, I'm taking the rest of the year off and recording the album I've always wanted to. It goes a little like this: Dee DEEE da da da dadaum dat deeeeee, didi di deee....

Guys I would remind you that this is a "Bash Commie Cypress" thread and not a "Advertise Communist Vacation Resorts" thread.

Hell, I've been teetering between communism and libertarianism for a long time. The differences are so nuanced that I haven't decided yet.

Holy fuck you creepbag.

Anyway, thinking about recording "The Jellyfish Song"? I've got more material on the way!

November 24th, 2005, is one of the few dates in my life that I remember exactly. I don't even remember that one that happened back in 2001.

And it's fucking CREEPY that you'd even bring that up. Hopefully you didn't actually remember anything, and were just pulling a date out of the back of your mind.

I've read several places that political extremists like anarcho-capitalists and unreformed stalinists are actually easier to convert from one side of the spectrum to the opposite than it would be to convert a moderate to an extreme view.

EG. It would be more likely that a Communist would become a Libertarian or vice versa than it is that a Libertarian or Communist would become a political and/or economic moderate.

Well, I'm leaning towards Fascism. We don't have enough marriage between corporate and governmental America IMHO. Also, what's with all these idiots claiming we need some sort of personal "freedoms"? Don't they remember 911? I'm still up in the air.

:dunno:

I went from socialist to libertarian to moderate.

IHG went from Marxist to Fascist to Libertarian. He's pretty much been everywhere.

Did you know that Ornot used to be a Libertarian? Yeah, I guess the extremes do tend to be the most politically mobile group. Half of the libertarians on here used to be socialists.

No, I didn't make it up. It was a wonderful evening at the St. George Motor Inn, Tarzana. It was the day before thanksgiving if I remember correctly. It had it all. Loud music, a vulva, and me.

Weird coincidence. Last time you got laid happened on the exact date of my mystery event.

I personally haven't touched a vagina in about 18 years and 6 months.

I'll let you in on a little secret. I've told you guys that I posted on politics.com in 2000. What I didn't tell you is that I self identified as a Communist then. Alexander and I wrote in red and did a lot of retarded Commie bullshit.

I've always noticed the attraction of extremists to other extremes. In my defense, however, I was 12 at the time and barely had more than a theoretical understanding of Communism. I think it speaks volumes that Communism appealed to a 12 year old :).

Yes I knew Ornot was a former libertarian. You can see traces of it in his positions. Didn't know that about IHG. And you are politically bipolar and as I have said many times, you do not maintain a constant position on the political spectrum. If you retook a Political Compass test everyday for a week I bet you would get 5-7 different results.

My social score has never deviated from about -7.5.

There was a time whenever I managed to get about a 9 on the economic side, but I really wasn't completely truthful on the questions. I've also gotten a -7.6, back whenever I was about 15.

Mostly, whenever I'm honest on the questions and not in a philsophical quagmire, I get about a 0.

Oh please spare us the agony and let us in on this magical mystery event!

When you're 12, you're merely a product of your enviornment, you have no real true convictions as you have not yet had enough life experience to have such, at least in this country.

Now that dude who wrote the book about being a Somoli child warrior, that's different.

My brother died.

I was a socialist. How is that a product of my enviroment?

That's fairly obvious. But your core beliefs come out in the mockery of your trolls.

Ever so often I like to bring the fleet out. Mostly I try to mock people around here in the south. Such as Birdshit's preocupation with "Dims", and ridiculous partisanship.

Really? Sorry to hear that pal. That's rough. Beyond rough.

As for the second part, its a matter of thought experiment with no emprical evidence. Its purely a pattern based on what you've been taught and experienced up until that point. Of which, most is highly sheltered and insulated from reality. No 12 year old in this country really knows what's going on.

Song: These Days

I've been out walking
I don't do too much talking
These days, these days.
These days I seem to think a lot
About the things that I forgot to do
And all the times I had the chance to.

I've stopped my rambling,
I don't do too much gambling
These days, these days.
These days I seem to think about
How all the changes came about my ways
And I wonder if I'll see another highway.

I had a lover,
I don't think I'll risk another
These days, these days.
And if I seem to be afraid
To live the life that I have made in song
It's just that I've been losing so long.
La la la la la, la la.

I've stopped my dreaming,
I won't do too much scheming
These days, these days.
These days I sit on corner stones
And count the time in quarter tones to ten.
Please don't confront me with my failures,
I had not forgotten them.:whome:

I think I can slip another lyric in here before it's too late:

I'm gonna take a freight train down at the station, Lord
I don't care where it goes
Gonna climb a mountain, the highest mountain, Lord
And jump off, ain't nobody gonna know
Can't you see, can't you see,
What that woman, Lord
She been doin' to me
Can't you see, oh, can't you see
What that woman, been doin' to me
I'm gonna find me a hole in the wall,
I'm gonna crawl inside and die
'Cause my lady now, a mean old woman, Lord
Never told me goodbye
Can't you see, oh, can't you see,
What that woman, lord, she been doin' to me
Can't you see, can't you see,
What that woman, lord, she been doin' to me
gonna buy me a ticket now, as far as I can,
I ain't never comin' back
I'm gonna take me that south-bound,
All the way to Georgia now,
'Till the train it run out of track
Can't you see, oh, can't you see,
What that woman, lord, she been doin' to me
Can't you see, can't you see,
What that woman, she been doin' to me, oh lord
