It is indeed... I'm working on Is encouraging people to do that every single day.... (Last month I even sponsored a puppy... An owner surrender to a rescue... with donations acquired here...)

I adopted a 5 year old "beagle'. she is a mix and is about 53 lbs. She is also blind. I could not let her go to the humane society and end up being killed. She is now almost 10 and spoiled rotten.
