HIgh Schools now banning MAGA hats!!!!

I don't have to take your word for anything

True. If you want to know how us smart people think, I'm not the only one who can explain that to you. There are millions of us. I doubt you know any of us in the real world, but you could make the effort to expand your social circle and find one, and then ask her to explain it. Good luck.

That's easy. You've pushed the absurd notion that Obama owes his election to his race, despite the fact that all of American history stands as a testament to what a big handicap his race is for candidates. It's your racism that drove you to take such a patently foolish position.

Attempting to establish your subjective opinion as fact again?

Your substance-less smear against me is noted, BTW. Attributing a racist motive to anyone you disagree with on nonexistent evidence is pathetic.

I know it, and you know it. Now, reread the thread and try to focus. :rofl2:

How would that happen on an anonymous Internet forum?

That's something I thought through when I joined here. I used the same picture for my avatar that I have on my LinkedIn profile, and I was paranoid someone might dox me by way of a Google image search leading them back to it, so I reduced the image quality a bit before posting it. But even then I got a little nervous, so I went back and pasted in those goofy glasses. I've heard too many stories of women getting stalked by angry dudes from the Internet.

How weird it must be to live in the mind of a racist. In that view, even though no black person in all of history had ever won a major party presidential nomination, somehow being black is such a huge advantage that it's the only reason Obama got elected.

The truth is, Obama had a huge amount going for him. First, obviously, he's brilliant -- extremely well-educated and well-spoken, with a strong command of the facts and a natural facility for language. And when it came to the general election of 2008, he had an enormous advantage in the fact that John McCain basically decided to run as a third term for George W. Bush -- adopting Bush's platform wholesale, including the stuff that McCain had previously opposed (e.g., the budget-busting upper-class tax cut, and the campaign finance free-for-all). The 2008 campaign was being waged in the midst of economic freefall, with Bush having become one of the least popular presidents in history. When McCain offered the people more of the same, and Obama offered them new ideas, the choice wasn't hard, even with the difficulty a lot of people had getting past racism to vote for Obama.

It is weird how so many racist Obama voters thought skin color was a qualification and voted that way.

As you're well aware, those are the claims people make about Obama yet, as you're also aware, weren't why they voted for him.

Interesting how John McCain sold out near death when it came to Obamacare. Guess when you can't even beat an unqualified black guy, you have to do something to make yourself feel better. Good riddance McCain.

Nor will you. I find the wingnuts here creepy as hell and have no urge to give them enough information to track me down in the real world.

Then why mention it unless your aim was to establish an appeal from authority and assign a particular status to yourself?

What if I told you that the only stalker of women I know about on JPP is a liberal?

you got that right

When you resort to changing posts, it proves your fear of your superiors. Only a simple minded coward would do that. The fact that you're triggered by an inanimate object tells me I have nothing to worry about with you.

As you know, it's not substance-less. It's based on you own behavior. You pushed the ridiculous notion that Obama got elected because of his race, despite the mountain of evidence that being black is an electoral handicap in this country. You're a racist. I know I'm hurting your feelings by being so blunt, but it's not my job to coddle people like you.

I mentioned it to give flavor to my comments. That's what good writers do. We can't rely on the spice of racism the way you do.

I'm not worried about the liberals. None of them come across as seething with rage and impotence-driven frustration the way so many of the conservative men here do. I genuinely worry what some of you might do in the real world, if given the opening.

I've yet to see one Liberal on this forum back up any of their demands. Add yourself to the list.
