She was booed about that stupid Drivers liscense thing, I thought she was booed about how she handled the hostage situation.

Personally I belived she handled the hostage situation perfectly.

Nah, I don't think anybody could do anything and almost every person in the US knows that. I didn't say she got booed for that crap. Just that it didn't work even 24 hours to protect her from anything. If I even believed that she somehow set it up herself. Which it takes Brent-style belief in faeries in the center of the hollow earth type of gullibility to believe she did.

I agree, I dont think it will protect her from anything, but I do think she handled it very well, and was a good example of her acting presidnetial.

I think canceling an appearance then making a speech afterward would have been done by almost any person whatsoever, "presidential" or not.

To me she "looked" presidental in the way she handled the situation. Jessie Jackson would likely had insisted on negotiating with the hostage take personally.

To almost everybody Bush "looked" presidential handling the effects of 9/11. There was a reason he had over 90% approval afterward.

Very not any type of resume material.

Bush did LOOK presidential, and I agree it is merely form over function, but sadly, in America, that seems to count for a lot in presidential campaigns.

I thought that point where he was on the rubble of the WTC with his bullhorn looked presidental, too bad it was all puff.

He had the world in our hands at that very second, and lost it with ambitions of being a WAR PRESIDENT.
