yeah, they should have allowed the Europeans to take their land with no resistance. That is why we will not build walls or fences around the country.
The Indians defending their land is way overblown. Indian atrocities are mostly a myth. The white atrocities, such as deliberately giving them diseases, is ignored. American Indian genocide is not one of our great activities.

It was only "their land" because they had taken it from the previous tribe living there. There was plenty of land to be shared by both. Indians took slaves from whites and other tribes and committed atrocities. Your belief that all atrocities came from whites makes my point about a lot of history being about atrocities to minorities.

They lived there for many generations. it was their home. You believe as soon as whites landed, it became their land.

And yes. the whites deliberately gave the Indians diseases. It was not the Europeans land to decide about.

Yes, we know about the Spanish and the blankets (an example of an often cited atrocity). Most Indian deaths form diseases were not given purposely by the settlers.

There is a lot of history in America and not all is covered in schools.
There is a lot that goes on today and not covered by the mainstream media such as the black on black violence occurring in major cities. Hundreds are shot and killed with little to no media coverage.
I would think the problem in our cities is more important than Dr. Ford’s allegations.

1. Because it was settled at a later time. Empires may have developed there, also.
2. Because many more important things have happened since then.
