home prices up 12% in may

I love owning my home, and if the estimates are correct, I am up about 37% in three years.

And that does not account for the fact that I only put 6% down, so really I am up more like 1225%.

It may do well initially. The issues that make large-scale ownership of single-family rentals difficult won't reveal themselves in the short term.

You are correct it will take time to figure out how well this strategy works. To be more clear by pretty quickly I meant I had no idea a company was going public so soon. Obviously there had been discussions about it. Funny timing it's happening a day or two after we discussed it.
