I'm sure that North Carolina is just overflowing with "liberal judges." I know you'd like to forget those unhappy years on parole, but that's who lets convicts out -- parole boards. As for judges, they have written sentencing guidelines they must follow. If you think the guidelines are too lenient, talk to those who legislated them.
